Ledger and reports

Merchant names, purchase dates, amounts, items, use status, and notes that you enter stay in the app's container on your device. The app uses them for the ledger, follow-up, and reports. The developer does not run a ledger server, require an app account, upload these purchase records, or include advertising or third-party behavior analytics SDKs. Reports are computed on your device; personal purchase data is not used to train a model.

Screenshot recognition

When you choose an image through the system photo picker, the app processes only that image and uses Apple Vision to recognize text on your device. It does not scan your whole photo library or upload or save the original image file. Names and prices you confirm for import are saved as ledger data. Your original image remains in the system Photos library; deleting a ledger entry does not delete it from Photos.

Apple subscriptions

Apple StoreKit handles product lookup, purchase, restoration, and entitlement verification. Apple processes the Apple account, payment, and subscription transaction. The app reads verified product, transaction, and expiration information locally to determine screenshot-import access. The app does not collect card details or send transaction data to a developer server. Apple's processing follows the Apple Privacy Policy.

Sharing, export, and restore that you initiate

The app creates a shareable receipt or export file only when you ask it to. A backup contains the full ledger, which may include merchant names, items, and notes you entered. Check the recipient and choose a trusted storage location. Other apps or services you select through the system share sheet handle data under their own policies.

Restoring a backup replaces the current ledger and keeps a local copy of the prior ledger for recovery. Deleting records in the app does not automatically remove exported backups or shared files.

Storage, deletion, and control

You can edit or delete orders in the app and export a backup. Deleted orders may still exist in older exports, the pre-restore copy, or system backups. Deleting the app removes its local container. The system's Offload App option may preserve documents and data, depending on the action taken. Device and backup settings determine whether system backups include local data. The app does not provide its own cloud sync.

To remove copies, also manage export destinations and device or cloud system backups. Manage original screenshots in Photos. Cancel membership in Apple's subscription settings; deleting data or the app does not automatically cancel it.

External links, support, and updates

This support website is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server in Chengdu, mainland China. It has no account, contact form, advertising, tracking scripts, or analytics cookies. To serve pages, troubleshoot, and maintain security, the server and cloud provider may process technical data such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested path. These requests do not contain the in-app ledger. Technical logs are managed as needed for operations and applicable requirements, with access restricted. Sites you choose to open, including research references and Apple help, handle their network requests under their own policies.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach to answer questions, troubleshoot, or handle privacy requests. The email provider transmits and stores those messages. Send only necessary information, cover unrelated records, and do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or full payment details. We retain support information only as long as needed to resolve the matter, allow follow-up, and meet applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You can email to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or to raise a complaint. We will explain any required retention. Because we do not hold your local ledger, we can explain actions on your device.

The app is not intended specifically for children under 14. Minors should use it with a guardian's guidance and obtain permission before buying. If a guardian learns that unnecessary information about a child was sent to support, they can contact us. We will obtain guardian consent where required by law.
